LVL
Longer products while maintaining strength
LVL is a processed product made by laminating thinly peeled veneers of wood with the fiber direction parallel to each other.
Features of LVL
Excellent in dimensional stability and accuracy
Laminated in parallel with the direction of the veneer fibers to maintain strength in the longitudinal direction.
By staggering the joints of the veneers, it is possible to make long products while maintaining strength.
Species include jelton, poplar, wood and softwood.
Applications of LVL
LVL is split into long bars and used for the framework of fittings and panels, and for columns and beams of buildings.
